RICOTTA, CHILI & HONEY

- 150g Ricotta cheese
- Small pinch Chili flakes
- 10ml Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5ml Olive oil
- Bread slices for toast
Instructions
- Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper
- Once seasoned place in a tub to be kept in the fridge
To serve
- Take one slice of bread and toast it
- Spoon the seasoned ricotta into the small bowl and add to it a drizzle of olive oil
- Sprinkle with chili flakes and add a drizzle of honey
- Finish with rock salt and serve with the toast pieces on the side
