RICOTTA, CHILI & HONEY

Ingredients

  • 150g Ricotta cheese
  • Small pinch Chili flakes
  • 10ml Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5ml Olive oil
  • Bread slices for toast

Instructions

  • Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper
  • Once seasoned place in a tub to be kept in the fridge

To serve

  • Take one slice of bread and toast it
  • Spoon the seasoned ricotta into the small bowl and add to it a drizzle of olive oil
  • Sprinkle with chili flakes and add a drizzle of honey
  • Finish with rock salt and serve with the toast pieces on the side
