  • 120g Roquefort or Gorgonzola
  • 120g Creme fraiche
  • 5ml White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend together
  • Season to taste

Goes well with raw vegetables, also with BBQ items such as ribs & chicken
