Ingredients

  • 300g fresh tomato
  • 180g scallions
  • 90g hot peppers
  • 60g soy sauce
  • 60g white vinegar
  • 15g all spice
  • 15g paprika
  • 15g cumin
  • 6g italian seasoning (mixed herbs)
  • 30g salt
  • 270g Olive oil

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the tomatoes and place in a blender
  • Peel and roughly chop the scallions and add to the blender
  • Remove the stems from the hot peppers and add to the blender
  • Add to the blender the soy, vinegar, and all the dry ingredients
  • Lastly add the olive oil
  • Blend till a smooth consistency is acheived 
  • Reserve till needed. Refridgerate if not needed
