Ingredients
- 300g fresh tomato
- 180g scallions
- 90g hot peppers
- 60g soy sauce
- 60g white vinegar
- 15g all spice
- 15g paprika
- 15g cumin
- 6g italian seasoning (mixed herbs)
- 30g salt
- 270g Olive oil
Instructions
- Roughly chop the tomatoes and place in a blender
- Peel and roughly chop the scallions and add to the blender
- Remove the stems from the hot peppers and add to the blender
- Add to the blender the soy, vinegar, and all the dry ingredients
- Lastly add the olive oil
- Blend till a smooth consistency is acheived
- Reserve till needed. Refridgerate if not needed
