Ingredients

  • 5 sticks Yucca
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 scotch bonnet
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Baking powder
  • Complete seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions 

  • Peel the Yucca and wash well 
  • Dry the Yucca
  • Grate the yucca into a bowl
  • Wash/De-seed and peel the onion, bell pepper and scotch bonnet
  • Finely chop the onion, red bell pepper and scotch bonnet
  • Add the prepared vegetables to the yucca, along with the flour and baking powder
  • Season with the complete seasoning
  • Season with the salt and pepper
  • Mix well to combine
  • Check the seasoning and texture
  • Add more flour if required
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
