STEAK FRITE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 8oz Sirloin steak
- 15ml Olive oil
- 120g French fries
- 5g Garlic
- 5g Parsley
- 10g Parmesan
- 15g Roquefort cheese
- 15g Sour cream
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 10g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat a fry pan over a high gas and add to it the olive oil
- Season the steak well on both sides and add to the pan
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the correct temperature is achieved
- Finish with a the butter then remove from the pan and leave to rest
- Once the steak is cooked drop the French fries into the oil
- Take the Roquefort and blend together with the sour cream and lemon juice
- Season to taste and place in a ramekin
- Peel and clean the garlic and wash the parsley
- Finely chop the garlic and parsley and place in a mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl the grated parmesan and the cooked French fries
- Toss well and add salt and pepper
- Place the cooked steak on the plate with the coated French fries and the ramekin of sauce
