SAUSAGES & MASHED POTATO WITH ONION GRAVY

- 2 sausages
- 10g olive oil
- 180g mashed potatoes
- 60g onion gravy
- salt
- pepper
- 5g parsley
Instructions
- Place a fry pan over a high heat
- Add to the pan the olive oil and sausages
- Cook over a high gas to colour the sausages
- Once coloured move to the oven to cook through
- In a steel pan heat the mashed potato over a low heat
- In a second small pan heat the onion gravy
- Once the sausages are cooked remove from the oven and remove any excess oil
- Spoon the mashed potato into the dish
- Place the sausages atop the mash
- Spoon over the onion gravy
- Finish with chopeed parsley
