SAUSAGES & MASHED POTATO WITH ONION GRAVY

Instructions

  • Place a fry pan over a high heat
  • Add to the pan the olive oil and sausages
  • Cook over a high gas to colour the sausages
  • Once coloured move to the oven to cook through
  • In a steel pan heat the mashed potato over a low heat
  • In a second small pan heat the onion gravy
  • Once the sausages are cooked remove from the oven and remove any excess oil
  • Spoon the mashed potato into the dish
  • Place the sausages atop the mash
  • Spoon over the onion gravy
  • Finish with chopeed parsley
