Ingredients

  • 6 Whole Eggs
  • 300ml Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk
  • Add to the bowl the cream and whisk again
  • Season to taste with the salt and pepper
  • Strain through a fine sieve
  • Pour into tart shell
  • Cook at 180c until set
