- 6 Whole Eggs
- 300ml Cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk
- Add to the bowl the cream and whisk again
- Season to taste with the salt and pepper
- Strain through a fine sieve
- Pour into tart shell
- Cook at 180c until set
