PIZZA CRUST LOAF
Prep/Cooking Time: Longer Than 120 Minutes

- 2.5 Kilo Strong flour
- 1.7 Ltr Water
- 10g Yeast
- 40g Sugar
- 75ml Olive oil
- 50g Salt
Instructions
- Place the flour, water, sugar and yeast into a large mixing bowl
- Place the bowl on the machine and mix on the lowest setting till all combined
- Turn up to medium speed and mix for 8 minutes
- After 8 minutes add the oil and salt and mix for a further 2 minutes
- After 2 minutes turn up to the highest setting and mix for 45 seconds
- Once dough is ready place in an oiled container and prove at room temperature
- Once the dough has increased in size by 1/3 turn out onto a floured surface
- Cut, weigh and shape the dough
- Leave to prove once more before cooking
- Cook at 220c till golden
