PIZZA CRUST LOAF

Prep/Cooking Time: Longer Than 120 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Kilo Strong flour
  • 1.7 Ltr Water
  • 10g Yeast
  • 40g Sugar
  • 75ml Olive oil
  • 50g Salt

Instructions

  • Place the flour, water, sugar and yeast into a large mixing bowl
  • Place the bowl on the machine and mix on the lowest setting till all combined
  • Turn up to medium speed and mix for 8 minutes
  • After 8 minutes add the oil and salt and mix for a further 2 minutes
  • After 2 minutes turn up to the highest setting and mix for 45 seconds
  • Once dough is ready place in an oiled container and prove at room temperature
  • Once the dough has increased in size by 1/3 turn out onto a floured surface
  • Cut, weigh and shape the dough 
  • Leave to prove once more before cooking
  • Cook at 220c till golden
