PAPRIKA POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 800g Potatoes
  • 15g Paprika
  • 900g Tomato sauce
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into 1" cubes
  • Place the potatoes in the fryer and cook till tender but firm
  • Once cooked remove from the heat and toss with the paprika, salt and pepper
  • Leave to cool
  • Once cool add the tomato sauce to the potatoes and leave overnight
  • Season to taste and serve
