PAPRIKA POTATOES

Ingredients
- 800g Potatoes
- 15g Paprika
- 900g Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 1" cubes
- Place the potatoes in the fryer and cook till tender but firm
- Once cooked remove from the heat and toss with the paprika, salt and pepper
- Leave to cool
- Once cool add the tomato sauce to the potatoes and leave overnight
- Season to taste and serve
