PAN FRIED SALMON WITH CHILI DRESSING
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 200g salmon fillet
- 160g choi sum
- 20g red chili
- 80g cooked brown rice
- 10g olive oil
- 30g chili dressing
Instructions
- On the stove heat 1 fry pan and 1 pasta pan both with a little olive oil
- When hot add to the fry pan the salmon seasoned with salt and pepper, skin side down
- To the other pan add the sliced red chili and the washed choi sum
- Place the salmon in the oven to cook through (turning after 4 minutes)
- Once the choi sum is cooked add to the pan the brown rice and warm through
- Season to taste and spoon onto the plate
- Place the cooked salmon on top
- Serve the dressing in a ramakin on the side
