MAYONNAISE SIMPLE

Ingredients

  • 1.5ltr Canola oil
  • 6 Egg yolks
  • 60g White wine vinegar
  • 30g Dijon mustard
  • 5g Salt

Instructions

  • Place the egg yolks, mustard and vinegar in a mixing bowl
  • Bring together at a high speed until the mix begins to foam
  • Little by little add the oil (if you add the oil too fast the mayonnaise will split)
  • The mayonnaise will thicken a lot but it will hold all the oil
  • Once all the oil has been added remove from the mixer and add the salt Pour the mayonnaise into containers and keep in the fridge till needed
