MAYONNAISE SIMPLE

Ingredients
- 1.5ltr Canola oil
- 6 Egg yolks
- 60g White wine vinegar
- 30g Dijon mustard
- 5g Salt
Instructions
- Place the egg yolks, mustard and vinegar in a mixing bowl
- Bring together at a high speed until the mix begins to foam
- Little by little add the oil (if you add the oil too fast the mayonnaise will split)
- The mayonnaise will thicken a lot but it will hold all the oil
- Once all the oil has been added remove from the mixer and add the salt Pour the mayonnaise into containers and keep in the fridge till needed
