ENIGMA CAESAR DRESSING

Ingredients

500g mayonnaise
100g dry parmesan
30g white vinegar
salt
6 brown fillet anchovy

Instructions

place the mayo and parmesan in a bowl
add to the bowl the vinegar and anchovy
add to the bowl 2 pinch of salt
Using an emmersion blender mix till well combined and smooth
check seasoning
transfer to a clean container
reserve in the fridge tioll needed
