DRIED FIGS WITH GREEK YOGHURT AND SALTED ALMONDS

Ingredients

  • 40g dried figs
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 20g almonds
  • 2g egg white
  • 2g salt
  • 6g honey
  • 4g red chili
  • 10g olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the almonds in a mixing bowl along with the egg white and salt
  • Toss together well till all the almonds are coated with salt
  • Roast in a pre-heated oven at 160c for 14 minutes
  • Once cooked remove from the heat and leave to cool
  • To serve spoon the yoghurt onto a plate
  • Cut the figs into 1/8s and place atop the yoghurt
  • Finely slice the chili and add to the yoghurt along with the salted almonds
  • Drizzle with the honey and olive oil
