DRIED FIGS WITH GREEK YOGHURT AND SALTED ALMONDS
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 40g dried figs
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 20g almonds
- 2g egg white
- 2g salt
- 6g honey
- 4g red chili
- 10g olive oil
Instructions
- Place the almonds in a mixing bowl along with the egg white and salt
- Toss together well till all the almonds are coated with salt
- Roast in a pre-heated oven at 160c for 14 minutes
- Once cooked remove from the heat and leave to cool
- To serve spoon the yoghurt onto a plate
- Cut the figs into 1/8s and place atop the yoghurt
- Finely slice the chili and add to the yoghurt along with the salted almonds
- Drizzle with the honey and olive oil
