CRUMBLE TOPPING (BASIC)

Prep/Cooking Time: 30-45 Minutes

Ingredients

600g Flour
250g Sugar
450g Butter

Instructions

Place the flour, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl
Place on the mixing machine and turn on to a low speed
Once all the mix is crumb like turn onto a baking tray
Cook at 360f for 20 minutes or until a golden brown color is reached around the edges
Once cooked remove from the heat and leave to cool
Once cool break up and place in an airtight container till needed
