COEUR DE NEUFCHATEL MELT

Ingredients
- 1/2 piece Coeur De Neufchatel
- 2 slice sourdough
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Take 1 piece of the sourdough and toast on the panini grill
- Once toasted place in the bottom of a cast iron dish
- Place the 1/2 Coeur de Neufchatel on top of the toasted sourdough
- Add to the top the herbs and garlic, pushing them into the cheese
- Place the dish in the oven and cook for 6-8 minutes at 180c
- Whilst the dish is in the oven toast the second piece of soudough in the panini grill
- Once cooked place the dish on a plate to serve and place the toast on the side of the dish

- Once toasted place in the bottom of a cast iron dish
- Place 1/2 the Coeur de Neufchatel on top of the toasted sourdough
- Add to the top 1/2 \the herbs and garlic, pushing them into the cheese
- Place the other half of the cheese back on top
- Again add the herbs and garlic pushing them slightly into the cheese
- Place the dish in the oven and cook for 8-12 minutes at 180c
- Whilst the dish is in the oven toast the remaining soudough in the panini grill
- Once cooked place the dish on a plate to serve and place the toast on the side of the dish
