CHILI DRESSING
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 30ea Chili peppers
- 2 White onions
- 1 Ltr Red wine vinegar
- 250g white sugar
Instructions
- Roughly chop the onion and peppers
- Place in a thick bottomed pan
- Add the vinegar and the sugar and heat over a medium flame
- Cook the mix until the chili are soft and tender
- Blend the mix and cool
- Season the mix with salt and pepper
- Place in the fridge to cool and reserve till needed
To serve dress the salad and add fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
Season to taste
