CHILI DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 30ea Chili peppers
  • 2 White onions
  • 1 Ltr Red wine vinegar
  • 250g white sugar

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the onion and peppers
  • Place in a thick bottomed pan
  • Add the vinegar and the sugar and heat over a medium flame
  • Cook the mix until the chili are soft and tender
  • Blend the mix and cool
  • Season the mix with salt and pepper
  • Place in the fridge to cool and reserve till needed

To serve dress the salad and add fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

Season to taste
