CHAOURCE & APPLE SALAD

- 50g Chaource cheese
- 20g Roasted almonds
- 40g Apple
- 30g Croutons
- 60g Rocket
- 5g Grain mustard
- 10g White wine vinegar
- 5g Honey
- 15g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the mustard, honey and vinegar in a small mixing bowl and whisk together
- Once well combined begin to slowly add the olive oil whilst constantly whisking
- Once all the oil has emulsified reserve the dressing in the fridge till needed
- Take a mixing bowl and place the washed rocket inside
- Wash the apple and remove the core, cut the apple into thin slices
- Crush the almonds and add them to the rocket along with the apple
- Cut the cheese into pieces similar size to the crutons and add both to the bowl
- Toss together then drizzle with the dressing
- Toss again and add seasoning to taste
- Spoon onto a bowl to serve
