CAESAR DRESSING

Ingredients

• 2.25 kilo mayonnaise
• 25g Anchovy
• 110g Parmesan
• 65g White vinegar
• 20g salt
• pepper to taste

Instructions

• Place all the ingredients in a large bowl
• Blend together
• Check seasoning
• Store in airtight container
