BURRATA CHEESE WITH TOMATOES

- 1 piece Burrata cheese
- 80g cherry tomatoes
- 80g plum tomatoes
- 10g basil
- 12g balsamic vinegar
- 20g olive oil
- 2g salt
- 1g pepper
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the core
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and the plum tomatoes into wedges
- Arrange the cut tomatoes in the bottom of the dish
- Place the Burrata cheese in the middle
- Wash and tear the fresh basil and scatter over the top
- Drizzle with the vinegar and olive oil
- Season and serve
