BURRATA CHEESE WITH TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Burrata cheese
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 80g plum tomatoes
  • 10g basil
  • 12g balsamic vinegar
  • 20g olive oil
  • 2g salt
  • 1g pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the tomatoes and remove the core
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and the plum tomatoes into wedges
  • Arrange the cut tomatoes in the bottom of the dish
  • Place the Burrata cheese in the middle
  • Wash and tear the fresh basil and scatter over the top
  • Drizzle with the vinegar and olive oil
  • Season and serve
