BREAKFAST BURGER

- 1 * 4" Burger bun
- 2 Sausages
- 2 Pieces bacon
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/4 Dill pickle
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the sausages and form into a burger style patty
- Place the patty on the griddle and cook till golden
- Turn the patty to cook on the other side and add the bacon slices to the griddle
- Lastly add the egg to the griddle
- Once the pork patty is cooked through remove from the heat and leave to rest
- Place the cooked bacon slices atop the pork patty and add the fried egg on top
- Cut the burger bun in half and lightly toast
- Butter the bun and place the stacked patty on top of the base
- Serve with the burger bun top leaning against the side (so as not to burst the egg)
- Serve with a fried tomato & dill pickle on the side
