BREAKFAST BURGER

Ingredients

  • 1 * 4" Burger bun
  • 2 Sausages
  • 2 Pieces bacon
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/4 Dill pickle
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the sausages and form into a burger style patty
  • Place the patty on the griddle and cook till golden
  • Turn the patty to cook on the other side and add the bacon slices to the griddle
  • Lastly add the egg to the griddle
  • Once the pork patty is cooked through remove from the heat and leave to rest
  • Place the cooked bacon slices atop the pork patty and add the fried egg on top
  • Cut the burger bun in half and lightly toast
  • Butter the bun and place the stacked patty on top of the base
  • Serve with the burger bun top leaning against the side (so as not to burst the egg)
  • Serve with a fried tomato & dill pickle on the side
