BIRCHER MUESLI

Ingredients

  • 440g Oats
  • 680g Yoghurt
  • 500g Banana
  • 20g Lemon juice
  • 100g Apple juice
  • 2 Green apples
  • 700g Almond milk

Instructions

  • Place the oats in a mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl the almond milk and the lemon and apple juice
  • Mix well
  • Wash the apples and pat dry
  • Grate the apples into the bowl and stir through
  • Peel the bananas and crush with a fork
  • Add to the bowl and stir through
  • Leave to soak overnight
  • In the morning add the Yoghurt and stir through
  • Portion immediately

If you use fresh almond milk add the honey and cinnamon directly to the above recipe

  • 1 Ltr water
  • 300g Powdered almond
  • 10g Honey
  • 1g Cinnamon
