BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken wings
  • 20g Corn flour
  • 80g BBQ sauce
  • 2g Chopped parsley
  • 2g Salt
  • 1g Pepper

Instructions

  • Pat dry the chicken wings
  • Season the corn flour with the the salt and pepper
  • Toss the chicken wings in the corn flour and shake off any extra
  • Place in the deep fryer and cook till cooked through
  • Remove from the fryer and shake off any excess oil
  • Place in a bowl and mix with the BBQ sauce
  • Serve in a small bowl and top with chopped parsley
