BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

- 200g Chicken wings
- 20g Corn flour
- 80g BBQ sauce
- 2g Chopped parsley
- 2g Salt
- 1g Pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings
- Season the corn flour with the the salt and pepper
- Toss the chicken wings in the corn flour and shake off any extra
- Place in the deep fryer and cook till cooked through
- Remove from the fryer and shake off any excess oil
- Place in a bowl and mix with the BBQ sauce
- Serve in a small bowl and top with chopped parsley
