APRICOT STUFFING (JUST ADD PORK)

This recipe is to make a pre made stuffing mix that can be added directly to ground pork
- 100g Panko bread crumbs
- 100g Dried apricots
- 45g Dried sultanas
- 5g Onion powder
- 3g Garlic powder
- 1 Orange zest
- 2g Dried oregano
- 15g Salt
- 2g Black pepper
Instructions
- Roughly slice the apricots and weigh out the sultanas
- Take a small mixing bowl and add to it all the dry ingredients including the fruits
- Now zest the orange directly into the bowl
- Mix well so all ingredients are evenly incorporated
- Reserve the mix in a jar till needed
To use
- Place the ground pork in a bowl and add to it the jar of stuffing mix
- You can add 1 egg to the mix if you wish for it to stick together, otherwise it will be fairly crumbly
- Once mixed spoon into a dish and spread to roughly 1.5" thick
- Cook at 180c for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden on the top
