APPLE PICKLE

Ingredients

  • 500g Apples
  • 150g Sugar
  • 200g Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Peel the apples and remove the core
  • Dice the apples into roughly 1cm cubes
  • Place the apples in a thick bottom pan
  • Add to the apples the vinegar and sugar
  • Bring the mix to the boil and turn to a simmer
  • Simmer till the liquid has evaporated
  • Remove from the heat and leave to cool
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
