APPLE PICKLE
Prep/Cooking Time: 30-45 Minutes

- 500g Apples
- 150g Sugar
- 200g Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Peel the apples and remove the core
- Dice the apples into roughly 1cm cubes
- Place the apples in a thick bottom pan
- Add to the apples the vinegar and sugar
- Bring the mix to the boil and turn to a simmer
- Simmer till the liquid has evaporated
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
