ANARI WITH SUMAC

Ingredients
- 100g Anari
- 20g Greek yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2g Sumac
- 4g sesame seeds
- 1/2 Pizzetta base
- 20ml olive oil
Instructions
- Place the Anari in a small bowl with the Greek yogurt
- Mix together and season with the salt and pepper
- Place the pizzetta base in the Panini grill to warm up
- Once warmed and with grill marks cut into 3 pieces
- Place the bread onto the bottom of the dish
- Spoon on the Anari mix
- Sprinkle with Sumac and toasted sesame seeds
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve
