SOUR VEGETABLE DRESSING

Ingredients
- 400g Sugar
- 800g White wine vinegar
- 10g Chili flakes
Instructions
- Place the sugar and half the vinegar into a saucepan
- Add the chili flakes and bring to the boil
- Once all the sugar has disolved and the liquid has boiled remove from the heat
- Add the remaining vinegar to the pot and leave to cool
- Once the mix is cooled pour into bottles
- Reserve till needed
