RICE NOODLE SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients
- 100g White wine vinegar
- 150g White wine vinegar
- 100g Sugar
- 50g Lemon juice
- 2 Pinch Chili flakes
- 10g Ginger
Instructions
- Place 100g vinegar into a saucepan
- Add to the pan the sugar, chili flakes and the sliced ginger (skin on)
- Place the pan over a high heat and bring to the boil
- Once boiled remove from the heat and leave to cool
- Once cooled add to the pan the remaining vinegar and the lemon juice
- Pour this mix into a squeeze bottle and reserve till needed
