JAX SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO

Ingredients

  • 150g sundried tomatoes
  • 50g parmesan
  • 160g white vinegar
  • 300g olive oil
  • 10g salt

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the sundried tomatoes
  • Place the chopped sundried tomatoes in the blender
  • Add to the blender the parmesan, vinegar and olive oil
  • Blend till the required consistecy is achieved 
  • Reserve till required, refridgerate till needed
