JAX FOIE GRAS MAYONNAISE

Printable VersionIngredients
- 250g Mayonnaise
- 150g cooked Foie Gras
- 25g White vinegar
- 10g Brown sugar
- 10g salt (possibly more dependant on Foie seasoning)
Instructions
- Remove the Foie Gras from the container and place in a blender
- Add to the blender the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vinegar
- Blend till a smoothe consistency is achieved
- Once smooth, place in a storage container and reserve in the fridge till needed
