JAX BURGER

Ingredients 

  • Lynz burger patty
  • Brioche bun
  • 30g Caramelized onions
  • 40g Foie gras mayo
  • 2 slice emmental cheese
  • 60g baby spinach
  • salt
  • papper

Instructions

  • Season the burger patty well and cook on the chargrill till M/R
  • Cut the brioche bun and mark on the chargrill
  • In a hot pan saute the spinach in a little oil and add seasoning
  • Once the spinach is cooked place on paper to remove any excess water 
  • Once the burger is cooked place on the side to rest and top with the sliced cheese
  • Place the bittom of the bun on the plate and spread generously with the foie gras mayonnaise
  • Spoon on the spinach and then place the burger on top
  • Spoon over the caramelized onions 
  • Finish with the top of the bun generously spread with the foie gras mayonnaise 
  • Serve immediately
