GARLIC SHRIMP AND POTATOES

Ingredients
- 80g 16/20 shrimps (peeled)
- 80g cooked new potatoes
- 20g butter
- 10g garlic
- 2g parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 10g olive oil
Instructions
- Place the olive oil in a pan over a high heat
- Add to the pan the shrimps and potatoes cut into chunks
- Sautee till begining to colour
- Add to the pan the garlic and butter
- Cook till the butter begins to brown
- Remove from the heat and add the parsley
- Season to taste
- Serve immediately
