GARLIC OIL

Ingredients

650g Garlic
1ltr Canola oil
4g Thyme
8g Rosemary
10g Salt

Instructions

Peel and remove the root from the garlic
Place the garlic in a thick bottom pan and cover with the oil
Add to the pan the herbs and the salt
Cook over a low gas for 20 minutes or until the garlic is softened
Remove from the heat and separate 50% of the oil
Keep in the fridge till needed
