COCKTAIL SAUCE (ENGLISH)

Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

Ingredients

• 500g Mayonnaise
• 200g Tomato ketchup
• 4g Worcestershire sauce
• 2g Tobasco
• 1g Cayenne pepper
• 5g Salt
• 2 Lemons juiced

Instructions

• Place all of the ingredients in a bowl
• Whisk together and check the seasoning
• Reserve in the fridge till needed
