CHIA, CHOCOLATE & BANANA PUDDING

Prep/Cooking Time:

Ingredients

200g Chia seeds
1 Ltr Milk
70g Sugar (or other sweetener)
35g Cocoa powder
140g Banana

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl apart from the banana
Whisk together well and leave in the fridge for 2 hours
Peel the bananas and roughly chop
After 2 hours remove the chia from the fridge and mix well
Add to the chia the chopped banana and mix well
Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight
Serve by spooning into a bowl
