BREAD SAUCE (INSTANT)

Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

Ingredients

• 200g Panko bread crumbs
• 40g Milk powder
• 12g Chicken powder
• 1/2g Dried thyme
• 1/2g Dried rosemary
• 10g Salt
• 1/2g Black pepper

Instructions

• Pour 850ml of water into a sauce pan and bring to the boil
• Add to the pan a knob of butter (around 15g)
• Once the water boils add to the pan the combined dry ingredients
• As soon as the pan re bois turn the heat down to the lowest setting
• Cook for 2 minutes before transferring to a serving dish
