BIRCHER MUESLI

Ingredients
- 440g Oats
- 680g Yoghurt
- 500g Banana
- 20g Lemon juice
- 100g Apple juice
- 2 Green apples
- 700g Almond milk
Instructions
- Place the oats in a mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl the almond milk and the lemon and apple juice
- Mix well
- Wash the apples and pat dry
- Grate the apples into the bowl and stir through
- Peel the bananas and crush with a fork
- Add to the bowl and stir through
- Leave to soak overnight
- In the morning add the Yoghurt and stir through
- Portion immediately
If you use fresh almond milk add the honey and cinnamon directly to the above recipe

- 1 Ltr water
- 300g Powdered almond
- 10g Honey
- 1g Cinnamon
